Jeana Leslie and Siobhan Miller

Jeana Leslie and Siobhan Miller are two very talented, shining new stars on the Scottish music scene. Since winning the BBC Radio 2 Young Folk Award 2008 it has been a whirlwind rise for these young Scots who combine instrumental versatility with sublime harmonies to create very natural, unaffected performances of traditional songs. Their debut album, 'In a Bleeze' (2008), was received exceptionally well winning them both the 'Up and Coming Artist' award at the MG Alba Scots Trad Music Awards and the Hancock 'Horizon Award for Best Newcomer'. They were nominated in the 'Horizon' category for the BBC Folk Awards 2009. With Matheu Watson (guitar).
"...the two together, whether in close-knit unison or boldly intertwined harmony, combined to authentically spine-tingling effect." **** (Sue Wilson, Scotsman)
