She never sang until after the death of her jazz-loving husband. Now, Alice with the young and talented Edinburgh-based jazz pianist Peter Angus, just back from teaching in London, and Robert Murphy, a graduate from Napier University's Music Department (guitar/bass), takes centre-stage for the very first time with a programme of jazz standards - her own favourites. Expect Fitzgerald, Lee, Laine, Kidd - and more - all sung with the deep heartfelt love associated with old friends. This will be an emotional musical journey for Alice - come along and share the ride.
